Esta línea de actuación pretende adaptar el espacio Deán Palacios (actual sede de las concejalías de Cultura, Educación y Festejos), situado en el Casco Antiguo, para alojar un centro cultural que incluya un espacio co-working, así como se rehabilitará el actual albergue juvenil, situado en el Paseo de las Bolas del Casco Antiguo, para alojar un centro de enseñanza del español para extranjeros y una universidad popular,_x000D_ Se realizarán las siguientes actuaciones:_x000D_ • Rehabilitar y adaptar el edificio de propiedad municipal en donde está el Albergue Juvenil para la ubicación de instituciones educativas relacionadas con el estudio, formación e investigación arqueológica, antropológica y cultural. Esto contribuiría a posicionar Calahorra como nodo cultural, patrimonial y de congresos dentro de la comarca y su área de influencia (sinergia con otras líneas de actuación)._x000D_ • Creación de espacios de co-working para personas emprendedoras y profesionales liberales en el edificio municipal Deán Palacios.
