The main objective of the project is the design and development of new fertilisers of unique application that condition the release of their nutrients according to the demand of the plant throughout the crop cycle._x000D_ The company is committed to this new project of technological novelty that can have a high impact on the market. Considers that it is completely innovative and fits the demands of the agricultural sector within the European Union. Project activities are aimed at research and development of new fertilisers that increase the efficiency of fertiliser units by controlling their release rates._x000D_ Generally, the efficient release of fertilisers usually requires a reduction in the rate of performance of the most soluble fertilisers. This can reduce the risk of nutrient losses to the environment and, in addition, by applying them only once during cultivation, the release of nutrients can cover all the needs of the nutrients. _x000D_ is proposing this project to develop new fertilisers, based on a different and innovative technology, focused on a more efficient release of nutrients. Two lines of investigation are proposed; line 1 entitled “Control of nutrient release through expandable aluminosilicates” and line 2 “Development of complex fertilisers controlled by specific coating barriers”._x000D_ _x000D_ The technology proposed in the project is innovative and will compete directly on the market with single-application fertilisers.
