El proyecto UROMAP es una plataforma de telemetría con cobertura global que monitorizará de forma remota el estado de los vehículos entregados a sus clientes. Es un sistema de sensorización remoto para maquinaria pesada industrial, junto a una plataforma para la gestión y explotación de los datos recopilados por dichos sensores. El sistema permitirá seguir los datos enviados por la telemetría en tiempo real, o bien explotar los mismos en diferido con el fin de recrear la situación del vehículo en el momento de producirse fallo o avería. The UROMAP project is a telemetry platform with global coverage that will remotely monitor the status of vehicles delivered to its customers. It is a remote sensing system for industrial heavy machinery, together with a platform for the management and exploitation of data collected by said sensors. The system will allow the data sent electronically to be followed in real time, or to exploit it deferred in order to recreate the situation of the vehicle at the time of failure or breakdown.
