This operation for which funding is requested falls within the EDUSI’s line of action ‘Open AND ATRACTIVE MOTRIL’. The operation consists of the improvement of the urban environment of street Ancha, being the urban space of greatest centrality and activity of the entire northern area of Motril, where shops, services and equipment of the north are concentrated, highlighting the Centre of Mayors, the Library, associations of neighbors, shops, cafes, bank branches, etc..., together with the most important free space in the area, the park 28 February. _x000D_ _x000D_ with the implementation of this operation, we want to respond to the needs identified in the Integrated Sustainable Urban Development Strategy of Motril, to the areas of the city that urgently need integrated revitalisation actions such as this important urban area of the northern zone of Motril, the street Ancha. _x000D_ at present this urban area is very deteriorated, with an obsolete urbanisation in its formal, material and functional aspects, showing a situation that does not correspond to the importance of the first order of this street at urban level, so it is necessary to carry out an integrated rehabilitation of urban land of public ownership, to provide it with a renovated, friendly, modern, safe for people and full accessibility that also serves to reactivate commercial activity and improve the urban environment in general for all inhabitants of the northern area._x000D_ It will be equipped with new urban equipment of selective waste collection containers, installation of biohealthy games and decorative lighting of the shade zones already installed, all in the field of the performance of the street Ancha. In addition to the above, due to the same economic downturn obtained as mentioned above, the San Antonio Park Rehabilitation will be carried out, with an increase of the indicator C022 by 0.62Ha (English) | |||||||||||||||

Esta operación para la que se solicita financiación se enmarca en la línea de actuación de la EDUSI “MOTRIL ABIERTA Y ATRACTIVA”. La operación consiste en la mejora del entorno urbano de calle Ancha, siendo el espacio urbano de mayor centralidad y actividad de toda la zona norte de Motril, donde se concentran comercios, servicios y equipamientos de la zona norte, destacando el Centro de Mayores, la Biblioteca, Asociaciones de vecinos, tiendas, cafeterías, sucursales bancarias, etc…, junto con el más importante espacio libre de la zona, el parque 28 de febrero. _x000D_ _x000D_ Con la realización de esta operación, se quiere dar respuesta a las necesidades detectadas en la Estrategia de Desarrollo Urbano Sostenible Integrado de Motril, a las zonas de la cuidad que con urgencia, necesitan acciones integradas de revitalización como es el caso de este importante ámbito urbano de la Zona norte de Motril, la calle Ancha. _x000D_ En la actualidad este ámbito urbano se encuentra muy deteriorado, con una urbanización obsoleta en sus aspectos formales, materiales y funcionales, mostrando una situación que no se corresponde con la importancia de primer orden que tiene esta calle a nivel urbano, por lo que es necesario realizar una rehabilitación integrada de suelo urbano de titularidad pública, para dotarla de una urbanización renovada, amable, moderna, segura para las personas y de accesibilidad plena que además sirva para la reactivación de la actividad comercial y la mejora del entorno urbano en general para los todos habitante de la zona norte._x000D_ Se va a dotar con nuevo equipamiento urbano de contenedores de recogida selectiva de residuos, instalación juegos biosaludables e iluminación decorativa de las zonas de sombras ya instaladas, todo ello en el ámbito de la actuación de la Calle Ancha. Además de lo anterior, con cargo a la misma baja económica obtenida como se ha mencionado, se llevará a cabo la Rehabilitación del Parque de San Antonio, con un incremento del indicador C022 en 0.62Ha (Spanish)
