Las máquinas rebordeadoras que se dispone actualmente son de diseño y construcción simple y, si bien realizan su cometido correctamente, no ofrecen un desempeño óptimo en cuanto a consumo de energía. Se plantea sustituir 6 máquinas rebordeadoras actuales por nuevas máquinas rebordeadoras de alta eficiencia, que permitan reducir el consumo de energía respecto al sistema actual. Las modernas máquinas rebordeadoras parten de nuevos diseños en los que prima la consecución de la eficiencia energética. (Spanish)
