    Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in cresterea calitatii serviciilor educationale si a accesului la acestea prin reintegrarea în educație și formare a 600 (dintre care 211 persoane de etnie roma si 423 persoane din zona rurala) de tineri care au abandonat scoala si adulti care nu si-au finalizat educatia obligatorie si prin imbunatatirea competentelor pentru 520 membri ai personalului didactic din invatamantul pre-universitar/personal de sprijin si auxiliar din scoli/ persoane din echipe manageriale de la nivelul scolilor, din judetele Mehedinti si Caras Severin. Obiectivul general al proiectului este in concordanta cu prevederile Strategiei Nationale privind Reducerea Parasirii Timpurii a Scolii, Strategiei Nationale de Invatare pe tot parcursul vietii 2015-2020, Strategiei Naționale privind Incluziunea Socială a Cetățenilor Români Aparținând Minorității Roma 2015 - 2020, Acordului de Parteneriat (AP) 2014-2020, etc. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivelor specifice OS 6.4 si OS 6.6 ale AP 6/PL 10.i prin actiuni cu impact direct asupra calitatii serviciilor educationale, cresterii numărului de copii/tineri/adulti care se reîntorc în sistemul de educație și formare prin programe de tip a doua șansă și programe de formare profesională si imbunătățirii competențelor personalului didactic prin programe de formare. Activitatile axate pe cresterea accesului la masuri de educatie pentru copii/tineri/adulti care au abandonat cursurile invatamantului primar si/sau gimnazial inainte de finalizarea acestuia, propuse in cadrul proiectului urmaresc: -activitati de sprijin financiar pentru 600 de copii/tineri/adulti, pentru stimularea participarii in cadrul programelor ADS; -activitati de consiliere si orientare a carierei, realizarea de planuri personalizate de interventie pentru 600 de copii/tineri/adulti; -activitati de furnizare a programului ADS invatamant primar si a programului ADS invatamant secundar, pentru 600 de copii/tineri/adulti; -activitati pentru obtinerea certificatului de calificare de nivel 3, pentru 80 persoane, copii/tineri/adulti. In cadrul proiectului sunt propuse si activitati de formare care vin in sprijinul activitatilor principale destinate copiilor/tinerilor/adultilor si anume activitati de formare profesionala personalizata destinate personalului didactic din invatamantul preuniversitar, personalului de sprijin si auxiliar din scoli, echipei manageriale de la nivelul scolilor, care urmaresc: -formarea profesionala a 453 persoane, personal didactic din invatamantul preuniversitar si personal de sprijin si auxiliar din scoli, domeniul dezvoltarii personale a elevilor, dezvoltarea competentelor care contribuie la realizarea unui invatamant centrat pe elev, profesorii putand sa adapteze metodele de lucru la nevoile copiilor; -formarea profesionala a 397 persoane, personal didactic din invatamantul preuniversitar, in domeniul consiliere vocationala, consiliere/ orientare scolara si profesionala a elevilor; -f (Romanian)

    The general objective of the project is to increase the quality of educational services and access to them by reintegrating into education and training 600 (of which 211 Roma persons and 423 people from rural areas) of young people who have left school and adults who have not completed their compulsory education and by improving the competencies for 520 members of the teaching staff from pre-university education/support and auxiliary staff from schools/persons from management teams from schools, Mehedinti and Caras Severin counties. The general objective of the project is in accordance with the provisions of the National Strategy for the Reduction of Early School Leave, the National Lifelong Learning Strategy 2015-2020, the National Strategy on Social Inclusion of Romanian Citizens belonging to the Minority Roma 2015-2020, the Partnership Agreement (PA) 2014-2020, etc. The project contributes to the achievement of specific objectives OS 6.4 and OS 6.6 of AP 6/PL 10.i through actions with a direct impact on the quality of educational services, increasing the number of children/young/adults returning to the education and training system through second chance programs and training programs through training programs. The activities focused on increasing access to educational measures for children/young/adults who have abandoned primary and/or secondary education before its completion, proposed within the project are: — financial support activities for 600 children/young/adults to stimulate participation in ADS programs; — counselling and career guidance activities, making personalised intervention plans for 600 children/young/adults; — activities to provide the ADS primary education program and the ADS secondary education program, for 600 children/young/adults; —activities for obtaining the qualification certificate level 3, for 80 persons, children/young/adults. Within the project are also proposed training activities to support the main activities for children/young/adults, namely personalised professional training activities for teaching staff in pre-university education, support and auxiliary staff in schools, management team at school level, who follow: professional training of 453 persons, teaching staff from pre-university education and supporting and auxiliary staff from schools, the field of personal development of pupils, development of competences that contribute to the achievement of a student-centred education, teachers being able to adapt working methods to children’s needs; professional training of 397 persons, teaching staff from pre-university education, in the field of vocational counseling, school and vocational guidance; —f (English)
