El presente proyecto pretende posicionar a la Comunitat Valenciana en un lugar referente en oferta de productos y servicios para promoción de hábitos de vida saludables, a través de guías metodológicas enfocadas a la industria para el desarrollo de nuevos productos, y el desarrollo de una plataforma TIC con (i) dietas equilibradas basadas en nuevos productos alimenticios saludables, (ii) planes de actividad física, y (iii) una tecnología novedosa para el diagnóstico y monitorización fiables del estado nutricional y forma física a partir de formas humanas 3D, integrada con técnicas de gamificación como elemento fundamental motivacional (Spanish)
