    El objeto principal de este proyecto consiste en la mejora de la eficiencia energética de la envolvente térmica del edificio mediante la rehabilitación de las fachadas y la sustitución de algunas carpinterías. Las fachadas se van a revestir con sistema de aislamiento SATE de poliestireno expandido EPS de 60 mm de espesor. _x000D_ Se van a sustituir las ventanas de la caja de escaleras, por una carpinterías de PVC con rotura de puente térmico.
