The objective of the project is to develop a system that allows companies to have a comprehensive platform for managing people in a web environment, based on performance evaluation and linked to the UNE-ISO 10667 standard. Includes the integration of knowledge-based systems to generate optimization algorithms in the allocation of people to positions and people to variable remuneration based on performance evaluation._x000D_ The tool will allow organizations to optimise their people management times and the design of a strategic human resources management, based on competencies and linked to a variable remuneration system. _x000D_ The proposed tool will be adapted to the UNE-ISO 10667 standard on the evaluation of people in work environments, published in the BOE [State Bulletin] of May 2013; being the first tool on the market that will enable not only the handling of data, but its exploitation, since it will have an intelligent decision making help system. Along with the innovative character of the project, it is worth mentioning that we have José Muñiz, a professor at the University of Oviedo who has participated in the definition committees of the aforementioned standard. His involvement in the project allows us to ensure that the tool will meet the objectives set. (English)
