Předmětem tohoto projektu je kompletní sanace obvodových stěn včetně aplikace vnějšího kontaktního zateplovacího systému, výměna oken u balkónu v jižním křídle východní části v 3.NP, instalace decentrálních větracích jednotek, oprava podlah balkónů, oprava okapových chodníků a svislých konstrukcí. V rámci sanace bude také vytvořena nová stříška nad vstupními dveřmi. (Czech)
