Cílem projektu Charity sv. Rodiny Nový Hrozenkov je vybudovat profesionální tým ze stávajících zaměstnanců (celkem min. 13 osob), kteří budou schopni naplňovat vytvořený strategický plán organizace, sledovat a vyhodnocovat plnění strategického plánu.
