La actuación consiste en la rehabilitación energética de 10 edificios de propiedad municipal,_x000D_ afectando no sólo a la envolvente del edificio, sino también a los sistemas de iluminación interior_x000D_ y de ventilación y climatización._x000D_ Se van a llevar a cabo procesos de renovación profunda de los edificios, incorporando sistemas_x000D_ para el aprovechamiento de las energías renovables. Para ello, se han llevado a cabo auditorías_x000D_ energéticas previas a través de un contrato de servicios adjudicado el 3 de octubre de 2019,_x000D_ donde se analizaron qué actuaciones son necesarias para mejorar al menos una letra y se_x000D_ seleccionaron los edificios municipales a rehabilitar.
