Projekt obsahuje opatření vedoucí ke snížení vypouštěných emisí a snížení energetické náročnosti objektu domova pro seniory č. p. 245 v Klimkovicích: zateplení fasády objektu, výměna původních otvorových výplní, regulace otopné soustavy a modernizace kotelny spočívající ve výměně stávajících atmosférických plynových kotlů za nový kondenzační plynový kotel. Hlavním cílem projektu je snížení vypouštěných emisí a snížení energetické náročnosti objektu, zároveň ve zvýšení uživatelského komfortu. (Czech)
