Cílem projektu je zlepšit strategické řízení mikroregionu Valašsko - Horní Vsacko a zvýšit znalost jejich volených představitelů a pracovníků v oblasti zadávání veřejných zakázek a tím přispět k naplnění specifického cíle 4.1.1. a 4.1.2. Cíle bude dosaženo prostřednictvím tvorby strategického rozvojového dokumentu mikroregionu, realizací odborného semináře s příklady dobré praxe a realizací školení na zadávání veřejných zakázek.
