Projekt je zaměřen na zlepšení tepelně technických vlastností sportovní haly v Otrokovicích, Mánesova č.p.1584, na pozemku p.č.: St. 2716. Navržená opatření spočívají v zateplení obv. pláště, ve výměně okenních pásů, oken a dveří, ve výměně a navýšení zateplení konstrukce střechy a v zateplení podlahy. Projektová dokumentace dále počítá se změnou systému vytápění náhradou stávajících přímotopných plynových zářičů za centrální zdroj tepla - výměníkovou stanici a s řešením systému větrání haly.
