Záměrem je výstavba pěti nevypustitelných, neprůtočných, plošně větších tůní, s různými výběhy, mělkými úžinami, rozčleněnými břehy a různorodě tvarovaným dnem. Výstavbou tůní vznikne rozsáhlý mokřad, kde cca 2/3 plochy rychle zaroste. Realizací navrhovaných prvků dojde k vytvoření zajímavého a členitého biotopu, který bude areálem výskytu pro mnoho druhů jak rostlinných tak živočišných organismů. Výstavbou tůní dojde ke zvýšení atraktivity lokality pro celou škálu vodních a mokřadních organismů (Czech)
