Cílem projektu je stanovit a propojit poslání a strategické plánování s operativním řízením organizace Centrum MARTIN o.p.s., stabilizovat financování, zvýšit spokojenost a motivaci zaměstnanců, zefektivnit provoz a vytvořit lepší podmínky a služby pro klienty.Pro dosažení stanovených cílů rámci projektu vznikne řada strategických a řídících dokumentů, které zefektivní a zformalizují jednotlivé procesy organizace a bude realizována řada školení a prezentací dobré praxe pro zaměstnance žadatele. The aim of the project is to establish and link the mission and strategic planning to the operational management of the organisation Centrum MARTIN o.p.s. to stabilise the funding, increase the satisfaction and motivation of staff, make operations more efficient and create better conditions and services for customers. in order to achieve the stated objectives of the project, a number of strategic and management documents will be created to streamline and formalise the various processes of the organisation and to implement a number of training and good practice presentations to the applicant’s staff.
