Předkládaný projekt reaguje na nedostatečnou kapacitu zařízení péče o děti na území Moravskobudějovického mikroregionu. Hlavním cílem je podpora sladění pracovního a rodinného života, uplatnění rovnosti žena a mužů na trhu práce, snížení nezaměstnanosti a předcházení sociálního vyloučení cílové skupiny osob pečujících o malé děti a osob vracejících se na trh práce z mateřské či rodičovské dovolené. Do projektu bude zapojeno min. 30 osob z cílové skupiny. (Czech)

The proposed project responds to the lack of capacity of childcare facilities on the territory of Moravskobdo-micro-region. The main objective is to promote the reconciliation of work and family life, the application of gender equality in the labour market, the reduction of unemployment and the prevention of social exclusion of the target group of carers of young children and of persons returning to the labour market from maternity or parental leave. The project will involve a minimum of 30 people from the target group. (English)
