La convocatoria de Destinos Turísticos Inteligentes tiene por objeto la concesión de ayudas a entidades locales que participen en el desarrollo del Plan Nacional de Territorios Inteligentes. Las iniciativas seleccionadas podrán actuar sobre ámbitos diferentes del territorio, siempre que todos ellos se integren en la estrategia de territorio inteligente y atiendan a la transformación digital de la actividad turística así como a la mejora de la eficiencia energética de la actividad turística, a través del empleo de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC). The purpose of the Smart Tourist Destinations call is to grant aid to local entities that participate in the development of the National Smart Territories Plan. The selected initiatives may act on different areas of the territory, provided that all of them are integrated into the strategy of intelligent territory and attend to the digital transformation of the tourist activity as well as to the improvement of the energy efficiency of the tourist activity, through the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT).
