Obiectivul general al proiectului il constituie cresterea gradului de participare a 651 de angajati (inclusiv PFA si intreprinderi individuale) din regiunile Sud-Vest, Centru, Sud-Muntenia si Sud-Est la activitati de informare si constientizare privind importanta formarii profesionale, activitati de consiliere profesional, programe de formare profesională, precum și evaluare, recunoaștere și validare a rezultatelor învățării dobândite anterior, în context non-formal și informal. Obiectivul general al acestui proiect este în stânsă corelare cu principalul obiectiv strategic al Romaniei pentru anul 2020, din sfera dezvoltarii capitalului uman, tintindu-se ca cel putin 10 procente din populatia adulta (cu varste cuprinse intre 25 si 64 de ani) sa participe la activitati de invatare pe tot parcursul vietii, sub diferite forme: educatia formala, educatia non-formala si educatia informala, intrucat educatia profesionala continua reprezinta un pilon esential in cresterea competitivitatii si sprijinirea dezvoltarii societatii bazata pe cunoastere, alaturi de corelarea nevoilor de formare cu piata muncii. Scopul proiectului consta in cresterea participarii la programele de formare profesionala continua, in special pentru adulti cu un nivel scazut de calificare si persoanele cu varsta de peste 40 ani, din zone rurale defavorizate, din regiunile de dezvoltare Sud-Vest, Centru, Sud-Muntenia si Sud-Est, prin intermediul finantarii proiectului prin mecanismul competitiv dedicat implementarii la nivel regional a masurilor destinate. Astfel, prin implementarea acestui proiect se urmareste instruirea si profesionalizarea unui numar de 651 de angajati (inclusiv PFA si intreprinderi individuale), din care cel puțin 75 de angajati vor fi cu nivel scazut de calificare (12%), cel puțin 75 de persoane vor proveni din mediul rural (12%) si cel puțin 46 de persoane vor avea varsta cuprinsa intre 40 si 65 de ani (7%). Prezentul proiect se incadreaza in aria de actiune a Axei prioritare 6 - Educatie si competente, urmarind dezvoltarea resursele umane prin cresterea accesului la un sistem de educatie si formare profesionala de calitate si corespunde prioritatii de investitii 10.iii.-Imbunatatirea accesului egal la invatarea pe tot parcursul vietii pentru toate grupurile de varsta intr-un cadru formal, non-formal sau informal, actualizarea cunostintelor, a aptitudinilor si a competentelor fortei de munca si promovarea unor cai de invatare flexibile, inclusiv prin orientare profesionala si prin validarea competentelor dobandite urmarind investitii in domeniul educatiei, al formarii profesionale cu scopul dobandirii de competente si a invatarii pe tot parcursul vietii, prin asigurarea derularii unor programe de initiere, perfectionare si calificare profesionala. The general objective of the project is to increase the participation of 651 employees (including PFA and individual enterprises) from South-West, Centre, South-Muntenia and South-East regions in information and awareness activities regarding the importance of vocational training, professional counselling activities, vocational training programs, as well as assessment, recognition and validation of learning outcomes previously acquired, in a non-formal and informal context. The general objective of this project is consistent with Romania’s main strategic objective for 2020, in the sphere of human capital development, aiming at least 10 percent of the adult population (aged 25-64) to participate in lifelong learning activities, in various forms: formal education, non-formal education and informal education, as continuous professional education is an essential pillar in increasing competitiveness and supporting knowledge-based society development, along with matching training needs with the labour market. The aim of the project is to increase participation in continuous training programs, especially for low-skilled adults and people over 40 years old, in disadvantaged rural areas, in South-West, Centre, South-Muntenia and South-East development regions, through the financing of the project through the competitive mechanism dedicated to the regional implementation of measures. Thus, the implementation of this project aims to train and professionalise a number of 651 employees (including PFA and individual enterprises), of which at least 75 employees will have low qualifications (12 %), at least 75 people will come from rural areas (12 %) and at least 46 people will be between 40 and 65 years of age (7 %). This project falls within the action area of Priority Axis 6 – Education and Competences, following the development of human resources by increasing access to a quality education and training system and corresponds to investment priority 10.iii.-Improving equal access to lifelong learning for all age groups in a formal, non-formal or informal setting, updating knowledge, the skills and competences of the workforce and the promotion of flexible learning paths, including through professional guidance and validation of acquired competences following investments in the field of education, professional training with the aim of acquiring skills and lifelong learning, by providing programs of initiation, improvement and professional qualification.
