Obiectivul general al proiectului este cresterea calitatii serviciilor medicale oferite populatiei prin imbunatatirea nivelului de competente al profesionistilor din sectorul medical implicati în implementarea programelor nationale prioritare de sănătate. Proiectul urmareste crearea unui mediu educativ dinamic, care sa asigure accesul personalului medical la materiale și programe educaționale de calitate înaltă, în vederea dobândirii de competențe specifice tehnologiilor informaționale și managementul activităților din domeniul bolilor rare. Proiectul are potentialul de a genera efecte pozitive pe termen lung la nivelul grupului tinta si nu numai prin: imbunatatirea cadrului educational, procedural, de practica si eficientizarea mecanismelor de colaborare interdisciplinara in domeniul bolilor rare; dezvoltarea capacitatii sistemului de sanatate de a raspunde prin masuri de preventie si terapie adecvate, provocarilor reprezentate de mortalitate si morbiditate la copii si adulti cauzate de boli genetice rare; dezvoltarea unui program național de formare profesională în domeniul bolilor rare prin identificarea modelelor europene privind pregătirea continuă a personalului medical în domeniul bolilor rare; dezvoltarea personalului medical in sensul performantei pe piata muncii si competitivitatii intr-o societate in permanenta schimbare, prin instruirea si mobilizarea acestuia pe teme orizontale si transversale precum egalitate de sanse, dezvoltare durabila, nediscriminare. The general objective of the project is to increase the quality of medical services provided to the population by improving the level of competence of medical professionals involved in the implementation of priority national health programs. The project aims to create a dynamic educational environment that ensures access of medical personnel to high quality educational materials and programs, in order to acquire specific competences for information technologies and management of activities in the field of rare diseases. The project has the potential to generate long-term positive effects at target group level and not only by: improving the educational, procedural, practical and efficient interdisciplinary collaboration mechanisms in the field of rare diseases; developing the capacity of the health system to respond with appropriate preventive and therapy measures, the challenges posed by mortality and morbidity in children and adults caused by rare genetic diseases; developing a national training programme on rare diseases by identifying European models for continuous training of medical staff in the field of rare diseases; developing medical personnel in terms of performance on the labour market and competitiveness in a constantly changing society, by training and mobilising them on horizontal and cross-cutting topics such as equal opportunities, sustainable development, non-discrimination.
