Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta cresterea gradului de angajabilitate a elevilor si studentilor din regiunile NE, SM si SE, regiunea Centru, regiunea Nord-Vest şi regiunea Sud-Muntenia (Argeş, Prahova, Teleorman, Giurgiu, Ialomiţa şi Călăraşi) prin participarea a 126 de elevi si 56 studenti din sectorul constructiilor la programe de invatare la locul de munca. Proiectul contribuie la atingerea obiectivului specific al programului si apelului (OS 6.13) intrucat isi asuma ca cel putin 47% din studentii care au parcurs programul de invatare la locul de munca organizat prin proiect isi vor gasi un loc de munca in cadrul companiei solicitante si la alte companii ca urmare a sprijinului primit. De asemenea, solicitantul se va asigura ca isi gasesc un loc de munca min.61% din elevii dn GT, care au efectuat programul de invatare la locul de munca, in sectorul cu potential competitiv / din domeniul de specializare inteligenta in care activeaza, contribuind astfel la indeplinirea obiectivului specific OS 6.14. De asemenea, alti elevi/studenti participanti la proiect isi vor gasi locuri de munca in alte companii ca urmare a competentelor dobandite in urma participarii la programul de invatare la locul de munca. Beneficiile vizate la nivelul grupului-tinta se vor repercuta la nivel local, regional si national. Astfel, ele se traduc in beneficii expuse mai jos de la cele pe termen scurt la cele pe termen lung: -cresterea gradului de constientizare asupra beneficiilor participarii la programe de invatare la locul de munca, prin intermediul campaniei de promovare si sesiunilor de consiliere; -formarea si dezvoltarea de competente profesionale adaptate la cele mai recente evolutii de pe piata muncii; -formarea si dezvoltarea de competente transversale, transferabile, necesare pentru a mentine competitivitatea unui angajat; -cresterea nivelului de ocupare a elevilor/studentilor din GT; -cresterea ratei de ocupare a tinerilor la nivel local, regional si, implicit, la nivel national; -dezvoltarea de parteneriate sociale pentru optimizarea ofertei educationale in sectorul constructiilor (parteneriate intre institutiile/unitatile de invatamant si angajatori); -corelarea specializarilor organizate in unitati si institutii de invatamant din domeniul constructiilor cu cerintele pietei muncii, in contextul strategiilor nationale relevante; -promovarea cercetarii si a inovarii, inclusiv prin utilizarea TIC, in sectorul cu potential competitiv / din domeniul de specializare inteligenta in care activeaza Solicitantul (materiale avansate, management de mediu si utilizarea TIC). -valorificarea structurilor de parteneriat social (parteneriatul intre unitatile/institutiile de invatamant si angajatori) pentru mentinerea adecvarii ofertei educationale; -dezvoltarea de strategii si politici care sa sustina adecvarea ofertei educationale si formarii profesionale; -implementarea la nivel regional (si national) a unor modalitati inovatoare, pilotate in c (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to increase the employability of students and students from NE, MS and SE regions, Central region, North-West region and South-Muntenia region (Argeș, Prahova, Teleorman, Giurgiu, Ialomita and Calarasi) through the participation of 126 students and 56 students from the construction sector in work-based learning programs. The project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of the program and call (OS 6.13) as it assumes that at least 47 % of the students who have completed the learning program at the workplace organised through the project will find a job within the requesting company and at other companies as a result of the support received. The applicant will also ensure that they find a job of minimum 61 % of the students in GT, who have completed the work-based learning program, in the sector with competitive potential/in the field of intelligent specialisation in which they operate, thus contributing to the achievement of the specific objective OS 6.14. Also, other pupils/students participating in the project will find jobs in other companies as a result of the skills acquired as a result of participating in the learning program in the workplace. The target group benefits will be passed on at local, regional and national level. Thus, they translate into benefits set out below from short-term to long-term benefits: —increasing awareness on the benefits of participating in learning programs in the workplace, through the promotion campaign and counselling sessions; — training and development of professional skills adapted to the latest developments on the labour market; — training and development of transversal, transferable skills necessary to maintain the competitiveness of an employee; —increasing the level of employment of students in GT; —increasing the employment rate of young people at local, regional and, implicitly, national level; — developing social partnerships to optimise the educational offer in the construction sector (partnerships between educational institutions/units and employers); —correlation of the specialisations organised in units and institutions of education in the field of construction with the requirements of the labor market, in the context of relevant national strategies; —promoting research and innovation, including through the use of ICT, in the sector with competitive potential/in the field of intelligent specialisation in which the Applicant (advanced materials, environmental management and use of ICT) is active. making use of social partnership structures (partnership between educational units/institutions and employers) in order to maintain the adequacy of the educational offer; development of strategies and policies to support the adequacy of the educational offer and professional training; implementation at regional (and national) level of innovative ways, piloted in c (English)
