Con esta operación se potenciará la continuidad de los programas de impulso al tejido empresarial y el emprendimiento de la ciudad que se vienen desarrollando en Mérida, con el objetivo de mejorar la competitividad y productividad de las PYMEs. Para ello, se realizará la adaptación y reforma edificios municipales para su uso como centro de ubicación empresarial y formación para PYMES y emprendedores. También se desarrollarán toda clase de actividades de asesoramiento, dinamización, aprendizaje, formación, instrucción, jornadas, cursos, seminarios, etc., ... dirigidas a PYMES y emprendedores.
