Obiectivul general al proiectului "Social Economy Start Up - Sprijin pentru înființarea întreprinderilor sociale auto - sustenabile" este dezvoltarea comunităților locale prin infiintarea a 17 intreprinderi sociale si a 85 de noi locuri de munca in zonele urbane sau rurale din regiunile mai putin dezvoltate ale Romaniei printr-un program de masuri integrate de dezvoltare a competentelor antreprenoriale pentru - 120 de persoane, mentorat, asistenta pentru dezvoltarea unui plan de afaceri, promovare si sprijin financiar. Prin acest proiect ne propunem să susținem dezvoltarea economiei sociale și a comunităților locale pentru a facilita accesul la servicii sociale, educaționale, de sănătate, culturale, in domeniul protecției mediului pentru comunitățile locale din regiunile mai puțin dezvoltate, prin crearea de întreprinderi sociale. Rolul acestor întreprinderi sociale este de a a asigura noi locuri de muncă, accesul si implicarea persoanelor ce fac parte din diverse grupuri vulnerabile în activități cu caracter economic/social, facilitarea accesului acestora la resursele și serviciile comunității, dar si contributia la rezolvarea unor probleme sociale, educationale, de sanatate, de mediu in comunitatile in care se infiinteaza sau pe o arie accesibila. Prin obiectivul sau general, proiectul contribuie la realizarea obiectivului specific major al programului ″dezvoltarea resurselor umane prin cresterea accesului la un sistem de educatie si formare profesionala de calitate, stimularea ocuparii, …, reducerea saraciei si a excluziunii sociale prin facilitarea accesului de servicii sociale si de sanatate″ si obiectivului tematic nr.9 - ″ Promovarea incluziunii sociale, combaterea sărăciei și a oricărei forme de discriminare ″, din cadrul axei prioritare nr. 4, POCU 2014 -2020, prin implementarea de masuri integrate de formare de competente in domeniul antreprenoriatului social pentru 120 de persoane, infiintarea a 85 de noi locuri de munca si a 17 de intreprinderi sociale sustenabile în regiunile mai putin dezvoltate ale României. Totodata, proiectul de fata se incadreaza in cadrul apelului de proiecte " Sprijin pentru înființarea de întreprinderi sociale ", finantat prin Axa prioritara 4/Prioritatea de investitii 9v: Promovarea antreprenoriatului social și a integrării vocaționale în întreprinderile sociale și economia socială și solidară pentru a facilita accesul la ocuparea forței de muncă /Obiectivul specific 4.16: Consolidarea capacității întreprinderilor de economie socială de a funcționa într-o manieră auto-sustenabilă, prin masurile integrate propuse, care vor contribui la dezvoltarea a 85 de noi locuri de munca, prin sprijinirea infiintarii a 17 de noi întreprinderi sociale în zone urbane sau rurale din regiunile mai puțin dezvoltate ale țării. Obiectivul general defineste cadrul de masuri reunite intr-un program integrat menit să susțină persoanele interesate de dezvoltarea unei întreprinderi sociale, pe tot parcursul acestu (Romanian)

The general objective of the project “Social Economy Start Up – Support for the Establishment of Social Self-Sustainable Enterprises” is the development of local communities through the establishment of 17 social enterprises and 85 new jobs in urban or rural areas in the less developed regions of Romania through a program of integrated measures to develop entrepreneurial skills for – 120 people, mentoring, assistance in developing a business plan, promotion and financial support. Through this project we aim to support the development of the social economy and local communities in order to facilitate access to social, educational, health, cultural, environmental services for local communities in less developed regions, through the creation of social enterprises. The role of these social enterprises is to ensure new jobs, access and involvement of people belonging to various vulnerable groups in economic/social activities, facilitating their access to community resources and services, but also contributing to solving social, educational, health, environmental problems in the communities in which they are established or on an accessible area. Through its general objective, the project contributes to the achievement of the major specific objective of the program ″development of human resources by increasing access to a quality education and training system, stimulating employment,..., reducing poverty and social exclusion by facilitating access to social and health services and thematic objective no.9 – ″ Promoting social inclusion, combating poverty and any form of discrimination ″, under Priority Axis no. 4, POCU 2014-2020, by implementing integrated training measures for social entrepreneurship for 120 people, setting up 85 new jobs and 17 sustainable social enterprises in the less developed regions of Romania. At the same time, this project falls within the call for projects “Support for the establishment of social enterprises”, financed by Priority Axis 4/Investment Priority 9v: Promoting social entrepreneurship and vocational integration in social enterprises and the social and solidarity economy to facilitate access to employment/Specific objective 4.16: Strengthening the capacity of social economy enterprises to operate in a self-sustainable manner, through the proposed integrated measures that will contribute to the development of 85 new jobs, by supporting the establishment of 17 new social enterprises in urban or rural areas in less developed regions of the country. The general objective defines the framework of measures brought together in an integrated programme aimed at supporting people interested in developing a social enterprise, throughout this (English)
