Prezentului proiect isi propune ca obiectiv general imbunatatirea calitatii vietii populatiei in orasul Buzias prin cresterea gradului de urbanizare si imbunatatirea calitatii capitalului uman cu retentia acestuia in oras. Proiectul este oportun si necesar comunitatii locale deoarece solicitantul urmareste imbunatatirea indicelui de dezvoltare umana a orasului Buzias prin ameliorarea situatiilor de risc de excluziune sociala datorat unui nivel de educatie scazut. Pe langa necesitatea rezolvarii problemelor de natura socio-economica, dezvoltarea durabila si cresterea calitatii vietii este data si de imbunatatirea ofertei educationale, a modului de livrare a acesteia ( incluzand aici si dotarea necesara); Proiectul va contribui in mod activ la indeplinirea obiectivelor Programului Operational Regional 2014-2020, Axa prioritara 13 PS 13.1 Imbunatatirea calitatii vietii populatiei in orase mici si mijlocii din Romania .Ca urmare a celor prezentate mai sus se considera ca proiectul, prin obiectivele si activitatile previzionate este oportun si necesar. This project aims as a general objective to improve the quality of life of the population in Buzias by increasing the degree of urbanisation and improving the quality of human capital with its retention in the city. The project is appropriate and necessary for the local community because the applicant seeks to improve the human development index of the city of Buzias by improving the risk situations of social exclusion due to a low level of education. Besides the need to solve socio-economic problems, sustainable development and quality of life is also given by the improvement of the educational offer, its delivery (including the necessary equipment); The project will actively contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, Priority Axis 13 PS 13.1 Improving the quality of life of the population in small and medium-sized cities in Romania. As a result of the above it is considered that the project, through the objectives and activities foreseen is appropriate and necessary. (English)
