Obiectivul general al proiectului propus il constituie imbunatatirea infrastructurii de educatie la nivelul judetului Prahova si implicit a procesului educational, prin crearea de noi spatii necesare derularii activitatii educationale din cadrul Centrului Scolar de Educatie Incluziva oras Breaza. Invatamantul special si special integrat este parte integranta a sistemului national de invatamant romanesc si ofera tuturor copiilor/elevilor/tinerilor programe educationale adaptate gradului de deficienta si nevoilor lor de dezvoltare. Investitiile in educatie, in imbunatatirea infrastructurii educationale reprezinta o permanenta preocupare a autoritatilor publice locale. Pe langa numeroasele considerente importante ce contribuie la o educatie de calitate, conditiile unitatilor de invatamant in care copiii invata au o importanta majora. De aceea se impune un interes considerabil in reabilitarea cladirilor pentru desfasurarea corespunzatoare a activitatilor didactice. Consiliul Județean Prahova si conducerea Centrului Special de Educatie Incluziva din Breaza si-au manifestat interesul fata de infrastructura educationala a judetului si au recurs la demararea actiunilor de reabilitare si modernizare a Centrului Scolar, date fiind conditiile in care se desfasoara in momentul de fata activitatea scolara, intr-un corp de cladire care nu corespunde normativelor de proiectare a scolilor, in vederea realizarii obiectivului propus, acela de a dezvolta si imbunatati infrastructura educationala si de a crea conditii calitative pentru desfasurarea proceselor didactice. Prin prezentul proiect, in realizarea construirii noii infrastructuri se vor lua in considerare aspecte privind solutiile eficiente energetic si responsabile fata de mediu, impact redus asupra mediului, crearea unor conditii de igiena corespunzatoare, dar si economisirea de fonduri pentru operarea cladirii. In plus, obiectivul general al proiectului contribuie atat la o crestere a nivelului calitativ al procesului educational special, cat si la cresterea gradului de participare la nivelul invatamantului special. The general objective of the proposed project is to improve the education infrastructure at the level of Prahova county and implicitly of the educational process, by creating new spaces needed to carry out the educational activity within the School Center for Inclusive Education Breaza. Special and specially integrated education is an integral part of the Romanian national education system and offers all children/students/young educational programs tailored to the degree of deficiency and their development needs. Investments in education, improvement of educational infrastructure are a permanent concern of local public authorities. Besides the many important considerations that contribute to a quality education, the conditions of the educational units in which children learn are of major importance. That is why a considerable interest is required in the rehabilitation of buildings for the proper conduct of the teaching activities. Prahova County Council and the management of the Special Centre for Inclusive Education from Breaza have expressed their interest in the educational infrastructure of the county and resorted to the start of the rehabilitation and modernisation actions of the School Center, given the conditions under which the school activity is currently taking place, in a building body that does not correspond to the norms of school design, in order to achieve the proposed objective of developing and improving the educational infrastructure and to create qualitative conditions for the conduct of the teaching processes. Through this project, the construction of the new infrastructure will take into account aspects regarding energy-efficient and environmentally responsible solutions, reduced environmental impact, creation of proper hygiene conditions, but also savings of funds for the operation of the building. In addition, the general objective of the project contributes both to an increase in the quality of the special educational process, as well as to the increase of the degree of participation in the special education level.
