Obiectivul general al proiectului este consolidarea si dezvoltarea durabila a societatii SC MARVOI MARIANA SRL prin achizitionarea de utilaje performante in vederea diversificarii activitatii societatii. Ca si obiectiv general complex, se urmareste consolidarea si dezvoltarea durabila a sectorului productiv si crearea unui mediu favorabil dezvoltarii durabile a intreprinderii, diversificarea activitatii societatii si implicit a gamei de produse oferite pe piata, toate acestea realizandu-se prin achizitionarea de echipamente competitive, prin cresterea calitatii, a volumului de productie realizat, prin cresterea ocuparii fortei de munca. Pentru atingerea scopului si obiectivului general, strategia de dezvoltare avuta in vedere de conducerea SC MARVOI MARIANA SRL presupune dotarea cu tehnologie de productie performanta si ecoeficienta in vederea diversificarii activitatii firmei si cresterea competitivitatii pe piata, planul de actiune concret presupunand investitia in achizitionarea de echipamente performante, in conformitate cu cele mai inalte standarde. Cresterea productivitatii societatii se va asigura prin diversificarea activitatii societatii, respectiv diversificarea gamei de produse oferite pe piata. Datorita noii investitii portofoilu de produse al societatii va creste, concomitent cu asigurarea unui nivel calitativ sporit al noilor produse respectand standardele de calitate impuse, respectandu-se raportul calitate-pret. Proiectul de fata reprezinta o investitie de resurse umane si financiare, pe o perioada determinata, menita sa raspunda unei nevoi reale si sa conduca la realizarea obiectivului general propus. Piata pe care va actiona S.C. MARVOI MARIANA S.R.L, in urma implementarii prezentului proiect, si anume piata taierii, fasonarii si finisarii pietrei, este o piata in plina dezvoltare, cu un potential de crestere considerabil si caracterizata printr-o cerere mare, dar si de o intensificare a concurentei. In acest context, scopul companiei S.C. MARVOI MARIANA S.R.L este acela de a veni in intampinarea nevoilor clientilor sai, prin oferirea unei game largi de produse, multiple si variate, la preturi accesibile. Proiectul de fata reprezinta o investitie de resurse umane si financiare, pe o perioada determinata, menita sa raspunda unei nevoi reale si sa conduca la realizarea obiectivului general propus. The general objective of the project is the consolidation and sustainable development of the company SC MARVOI MARIANA SRL by purchasing high-performance equipment in order to diversify the company’s activity. As a complex general objective, the aim is to consolidate and sustainably develop the productive sector and create an environment conducive to the sustainable development of the enterprise, diversifying the company’s activity and thus the range of products offered on the market, all of which are achieved through the acquisition of competitive equipment, by increasing the quality, the volume of production achieved, by increasing the employment of the workforce. In order to achieve the overall goal and objective, the development strategy envisaged by the management of SC MARVOI MARIANA SRL requires the endowment with performance and eco-efficient production technology in order to diversify the company’s activity and increase the competitiveness on the market, the concrete action plan presupposing the investment in the acquisition of performing equipment, in accordance with the highest standards. The increase of the company’s productivity will be ensured by diversifying the company’s activity, i.e. diversifying the range of products offered on the market. Due to the new portfolio investment of the company will increase, while ensuring an increased quality level of new products respecting the required quality standards, respecting the quality-price ratio. This project represents an investment of human and financial resources, for a specified period, designed to respond to a real need and to lead to the achievement of the general objective proposed. The market on which S.C. MARVOI MARIANA S.R.L will act, following the implementation of the present project, namely the market for cutting, trimming and finishing of stone, is a growing market with a considerable growth potential and characterised by a high demand, but also by an intensification of competition. In this context, the aim of S.C. MARVOI MARIANA S.R.L is to meet the needs of its customers, by offering a wide range of products, multiple and varied, at affordable prices. This project represents an investment of human and financial resources, for a specified period, designed to respond to a real need and to lead to the achievement of the general objective proposed.
