Dezvoltarea sectorului economiei sociale si a bunastarii comunitare prin sprijinirea infiintarii a 22 de intreprinderi sociale si cresterea abilitatii persoanelor de a materializa idei de afaceri sociale inovative prin dezvoltarea competentelor antreprenoriale si manageriale pentru 105 de persoane care doresc sa infiinteze intreprinderi sociale. Prezentul proiect contribuie la atingerea obiectivului general al POCU “dezvoltarea resurselor umane”, datorita activitatilor ce vizeaza dezvoltarea competentelor antreprenoriale sociale coroborate cu cele specifice managementului inovarii si transferului tehnologic pentru un grup tinta de minimum 105 de persoane cu varsta peste 18 ani care si intentioneaza sa infiinteze o afacere sociala in mediul urban si rural in una din Regiunile mai putin dezvoltate din Romania respectiv judetele Alba, Sibiu, Brasov, Botosani, Giurgiu, respectiv oricare din judetele Regiunilor Nord-Vest si Vest. Prin proiect se dezvolta oportunitati crescute de infiintare de noi afaceri inovative (finantarea a 21 structuri de economie sociala inovativ din care 5 in mediul rural) ce vor genera pe termen scurt si lung noi locuri de munca pentru persoane apartinand grupurilor vulnerabile, fapt ce va contribui la cresterea competitivitatii in regiunile mai putin dezvoltate din Romania, precum si la dezvoltarea sociala a comunitatii, dar nu in ultimul rand la dezvoltarea inteligenta a unui mediu economic durabil, datorita asistentei si activitatilor de sprijin derulate in cadrul proiectului, prin intermediul parteneriatului. Scopul final al proiectului este ca prin educatie formala si non-formala antreprenoriala, cu accent pe antreprenoriatul social, la nivelul regiunilor mai putin dezvoltate, bazata pe inovare sociala si inovare tehnologica, sa creasca abilitatea persoanelor de a materializa ideile de afaceri, acest fapt realizandu-se prin promovarea culturii antreprenoriale bazata pe inovare sociala, sustinerea si sprijinirea noilor afaceri sociale infiintate, fapt ce va contribui la atingerea obiectivului tematic9 - Axa prioritara 4-POCU. Pe termen lung, efectul pozitiv al proiectului este dat de: dezvoltarea abilitatilor de antreprenoriat social bazat pe inovare sociala in randul a cel putin 105 de persoane, diseminarea si insusirea conceptelor de spririt antreprenorial inovativ, de cultura antreprenoriala si de responsabilitate sociala, transferul de expertiza si experiente practice catre grupul tinta, fapt ce va genera o crestere a numarului de structuri de economie sociala si o gestionare eficienta a acestora, consolidarea capacitatii intreprinderilor sociale nou infiintate inovative de a se dezvolta si crea noi locuri de munca orientate spre grupuri vulnerabile. Prin toate acestea, obiectivul specific al Prioritatii de investitie 9v al POCU va fi atins. (Romanian)

Developing the social economy sector and community welfare by supporting the establishment of 22 social enterprises and increasing people’s ability to materialise innovative social business ideas by developing entrepreneurial and managerial skills for 105 people who want to set up social enterprises. This project contributes to the achievement of the general objective of POCU “human resources development”, due to the activities aimed at developing social entrepreneurial skills in conjunction with those specific to the management of innovation and technological transfer for a target group of at least 105 people over the age of 18 who intend to set up a social business in urban and rural areas in one of the less developed regions in Romania, namely Alba, Sibiu, Brasov, Botosani, Giurgiu, and any of the counties of North-West and West regions. The project develops increased opportunities to set up innovative new businesses (funding of 21 innovative social economy structures of which 5 in rural areas) that will generate in the short and long term new jobs for people belonging to vulnerable groups, which will contribute to increasing competitiveness in the less developed regions of Romania, as well as to the social development of the community, but not least to the intelligent development of a sustainable economic environment, thanks to the assistance and support activities carried out within the project, through the partnership. The final goal of the project is that through formal and non-formal entrepreneurial education, with a focus on social entrepreneurship, at the level of less developed regions, based on social innovation and technological innovation, to increase the ability of individuals to materialise business ideas, this being achieved by promoting entrepreneurial culture based on social innovation, supporting and supporting the new social affairs set up, which will contribute to the achievement of the thematic objective9 – Priority Axis 4-POCU. In the long term, the positive effect of the project is given by: developing social entrepreneurship skills based on social innovation among at least 105 people, disseminating and acquiring the concepts of innovative entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial culture and social responsibility, transferring expertise and practical experiences to the target group, which will generate an increase in the number of social economy structures and their efficient management, strengthening the capacity of innovative social enterprises to develop and create new jobs targeted at vulnerable groups. However, the specific objective of investment priority 9v of POCU will be achieved. (English)
