Expert Recycling doreste sa realizeze investitia propusa prin proiect in domeniul prelucrarii si reciclarii deseurilor din ambalaje de plastic. Infiintata in 2007, Expert Recycling SRL este o companie matura, cu o experienta vasta in domeniul managementului deseurilor si reciclarii. In 2016, Expert Recycling a colectat si procesat 5000 tone de deseuri de plastic, din care 1500 de tone au fost de PP si PE (materia prima pentru granulatorul care face subiectul prezentului plan de afaceri). Fluxul operational al firmei dicteaza ca acest plastic este sortat si vandut mai departe clientilor nostri, care il prelucreaza ca materie prima secundara pentru alte industrii. In 2017, compania se asteapta la o crestere de 20% a volumelor de deseuri de plastic transzactionate, cu o dublare a celor de PE si PP, de la 1500 la 3000 tone. Avand in vedere cantitatea de deseuri de plastic colectata/sortata lunar si capacitatile de prelucrare a acestui deseu, managementul companiei a ajuns la concluzia ca piata prelucrarii deseurilor de plastic este subdimensionata, cererea fiind mult mai mare decat oferta. In aceste conditii, se poate creste substantial marja de profit prin prelucrarea interna a deseurilor colectate de companie si vanzarea lor ca si materie prima secundara pentru alte industrii. In prezent, paleta de clienti a companiei (companiile care au echipamentele necesare pentru prelucrarea deseului de plastic) este limitata. In urma realizarii investitiei, potentialii clienti sunt mult mai multi si mai diversificati, compania urmand sa ofere produse unei alte game de clienti, si anume fabricilor care utilizeaza granulele de plastic ca si materie prima. In consecinta, scopul proiectului este de achizitionare a unei instalatii tehnologice moderne in domeniul reciclarii plasticului. (Romanian)

Expert Recycling wants to make the investment proposed through the project in the field of processing and recycling of plastic packaging waste. Founded in 2007, Expert Recycling SRL is a mature company with extensive experience in waste management and recycling. In 2016, Expert Recycling collected and processed 5000 tons of plastic waste, of which 1500 tonnes were PP and EP (the first material for the Granulator that is the subject of this business plan). The operational flow of the company dictates that this plastic is sorted and sold on to our customers, who process it as secondary raw material for other industries. In 2017, the company expects a 20 % increase in volumes of plastic waste transferred, with a doubling of PE and PP, from 1500 to 3000 tons. Considering the amount of plastic waste collected/sorted monthly and the processing capacities of this waste, the company’s management concluded that the plastic waste processing market is undersised, the demand being much higher than the supply. In these circumstances, the profit margin can be substantially increased by internal processing of the waste collected by the company and selling it as secondary raw material for other industries. Currently, the company’s client range (the companies that have the necessary equipment to process plastic waste) is limited. Following the investment, the potential clients are more and more diversified, the company will offer products to another range of customers, namely the factories that use plastic granules as raw material. Consequently, the aim of the project is to acquire a modern technological installation in the field of plastic recycling. (English)
