Obiectivul general al proiectului: conectarea localităţilor Pîncota, Seleuş, Zărand, Sintea Mică şi Cintei la reţeaua TEN-T. Realizarea proiectului propus de UAT Judeţul Arad va contribui la atingerea obiectivului specific al Axei Prioritare 6, şi anume creşterea gradului de accesibilitate a zonelor rurale şi urbane situate în proximitatea reţelei TEN-T prin modernizarea drumurilor judeţene. Obiectivul general al proiectului precum şi obiectivul specific se subsumează cerinţelor priorităţii de investiţii, ducând la creşterea mobilităţii populaţiei din judeţ. Prin lucrările propuse proiectul contribuie la realizarea indicatorilor de output prin îmbunătăţirea parametrilor relevanţi: creşterea vitezei, siguranţei rutiere, portanţei, pentru 5,5 km aferenţi drumului DJ 709 Pîncota - Seleuş şi a 18,810 km aferenţi drumului DJ 792 Nădab - Seleuş, traseu care conectează localităţile la coridorul TEN-T rutier. Proiectul contribuie la realizarea indicatorilor de rezultat ai programului prin creşterea mobilităţii unui număr de 24.250 persoane din localităţile de pe traseu (conform datelor definitive de la 01.07.2016, date statistice ce se regăsesc în baza de date TEMPO a INS). General objective of the project: connecting the localities of Pîncota, Seleuș, Zărand, Sintea Mică and Cintei to the TEN-T network. The realisation of the project proposed by the Arad County ATU will contribute to the achievement of the specific objective of Priority Axis 6, namely to increase the accessibility of rural and urban areas located close to the TEN-T network by modernising the county roads. The general objective of the project as well as the specific objective are subsumed to the requirements of the investment priority, leading to increased mobility of the population in the county. Through the proposed work the project contributes to the output indicators by improving the relevant parameters: increase the speed, road safety, portance, for 5.5 km of DJ 709 Pîncota – Seleuș road and 18.810 km for DJ 792 Nadab – Seleuș road, which connects the localities to the TEN-T road corridor. The project contributes to the achievement of the result indicators of the programme by increasing the mobility of 24,250 people from the localities along the route (according to definitive data from 01.07.2016, statistical data that can be found in the TEMPO database of NSIs).
