Cieľom projektu je zabezpečenie poskytovania poradenských služieb podporujúcich riadenie a implementáciu Operačného programu Integrovaná infraštruktúra 2014 – 2020 (ďalej len "OPII").Poradenské služby budú zamerané na podporu Riadiaceho orgánu pre OPII (ďalej len "RO") pri riadení implementácie OPII na úrovni programu, podporu pri riadení implementácie vybraných projektov vrátane asistencie pri riadení rizík, špecifické analytické činnosti v oblasti dopravy, asistenciu pri organizačnom, procesnom a personálnom zabezpečení implementácie OPII, metodickú podporu pri aktualizácii riadiacej dokumentácie pre účely implementácie OPII a podporu pri riadení auditných zistení a zistení v oblasti verejného obstarávanie pri implementácii OPII.Projekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity s názvom Komplexné poradenstvo v oblasti implementácie OP Integrovaná infraštruktúra 2014 – 2020 v období od augusta 2018 do februára 2021, pričom merateľným ukazovateľom projektu bude počet zrealizovaných hodnotení, analýz a štúdií, ktorý sme určili vo výške 34. The aim of the project is to ensure the provision of advisory services supporting the management and implementation of the Operational Programme Integrated Infrastructure 2014-2020 (hereinafter referred to as OPII).The advisory services will be aimed at supporting the Managing Authority for OPII (hereinafter referred to as “MA”) in managing the implementation of OPII at programme level, support in managing the implementation of selected projects, including assistance in risk management, specific analytical activities in the field of transport, assistance in organisational, procedural and personnel provision of OPII implementation, methodological support for updating management documentation for OPII implementation purposes and support in managing audit findings and findings in the field of public procurement in the implementation of OPII. The project will be implemented through one main activity called Comprehensive Implementation Advice of OP Integrated Infrastructure 2014-2020 between August 2018 and February 2021, with a measurable indicator of the project being the number of evaluations, analyses and studies carried out, which we identified at 34.
