Občianske združenie AMADEO bolo založené v roku 2016 skupinou ľudí ktorí majú záujem aktívne participovať na celoživotnom vzdelávaní. Členovia združenia už v minulosti aktívne participovali na aktivitách v oblasti celoživotného a kontinuálneho vzdelávania pričom sa rozhodli v tomto projekte zúročiť všetky svoje doterajšie vedomosti v prospech slovenskej spoločnosti.Cieľom projektu je zvýšenie kvality a efektívnosti vzdelávania zamestnancov v strojárskych profesiách pôsobiacich u zamestnávateľov v strojárskom a automobilovom priemysle na území Slovenskej republiky konkrétne v Trenčianskom kraji a Žilinskom kraji.Zámerom je rozšírenie a prehĺbenie vedomostí, zručností, spôsobilostí a kľúčových kompetencií, ktoré sa dosiahnu realizáciou hlavnej aktivity, ktorou je „Kompetenčný kurz pre strojársky a automobilový priemysel“ v celkovom rozsahu 160 hodín. Kurz pozostáva zo štyroch modulov: frézovanie, brúsenie, sústruženie, vŕtanie a každý modul má 40 vyučovacích hodín. Nakoľko sú kurzy zamerané na cieľovú skupinu zamestnancov, u ktorých je potrebné zosúladiť úroveň teoretických aj praktických vedomostí, plánujeme používanie vyvážených metód pomeru teórie a praxe. Dosiahnutie cieľa projektu bude monitorované prostredníctvom štyroch merateľných ukazovateľov projektu:P0448: Počet účastníkov zapojených do aktivít CŽV - 96 aP0438: Počet účastníkov CŽV, ktorí v čase odchodu získali alebo si zvýšili kvalifikáciu - 76 (Slovak)

The civic association amadeo was founded in 2016 by a group of people who are interested in participating actively in lifelong learning. In the past, the members of the association actively participated in activities in the field of lifelong and continuous education and decided to capitalise on all their existing knowledge in this project for the benefit of the Slovak company. The aim of the project is to increase the quality and efficiency of training of employees in engineering professions operating with employers in the engineering and automotive industry in the Slovak Republic, specifically in the Trenčín region and Žilina region. The aim is to expand and deepen the knowledge, skills, competences and key competences that will be achieved through the implementation of the main activity, which is the “Competence course for the engineering and automotive industry” in a total range of 160 hours. The course consists of four modules: milling, grinding, turning, drilling and each module has 40 lessons. Since the courses are aimed at the target group of employees, for which it is necessary to reconcile the level of theoretical and practical knowledge, we plan to use balanced methods of the ratio of theory and practice. The achievement of the project objective will be monitored through four measurable indicators projektu:P0448: Number of participants involved in CBP activities – 96 aP0438: Number of participants in ABPs who acquired or upgraded their qualification at the time of departure – 76 (English)
