Cieľom projektu je zabezpečenie odborných poradenských služieb pre podporu riadenia a implementácie Operačného programu Výskum a inovácie (ďalej len OP VaI). Cieľom poradenských služieb, technickej asistencie riadiacemu orgánu v zmysle Nariadenia č. 1303/2013, je zabezpečiť riadiacemu orgánu odbornú asistenciu v oblastiach riadenia, monitoringu, hodnotenia, informovania a komunikácie OP, networkingu, riešení sťažností ako aj v oblasti kontroly, auditu a výmeny skúseností vrátane tzv. best practices. Tieto činnosti sa vzťahujú na OP VaI 2014-2020 ako aj OP VaV 2007 – 2013, ktoré sa v tomto období uzatvára, je však potrebné ho ďalej aj po uzatvorení monitorovať a vyhodnocovať jeho dopady.Cieľ projektu bude dosahovaný prostredníctvom realizácie aktivity Zabezpečenie poradenských a audítorských služieb, ktorá je z administratívnych dôvodov rozdelená na samostatné aktivity v Bratislavskom samosprávnom kraji (BSK) a mimo BSK. Aktivita bude realizovaná prostredníctvom externého dodávateľa a na základe platnej a účinnej Rámcovej dohody č. 1045/2017 zo dňa 29.12.2017, ktorá definuje osem oblastí odborného poradenstva. Merateľným ukazovateľom pre tieto aktivity je počet zrealizovaných hodnotení, analýz a štúdií. (Slovak)

The aim of the project is to provide expert advisory services to support the management and implementation of the Operational Programme Research and Innovation (OP VaI). The aim of advisory services, technical assistance to the managing authority within the meaning of Regulation No 1303/2013, is to provide the managing authority with professional assistance in the areas of management, monitoring, evaluation, information and communication of OPs, networking, complaint handling as well as control, audit and exchange of experience, including best practices. These activities relate to the R & I OP 2014-2020 as well as the R & D OP 2007-2013, which is closed in this period, but it needs to be monitored further after closure and its impacts assessed. The project’s objective will be achieved through the implementation of the activity Providing advisory and audit services, which, for administrative reasons, is divided into separate activities in the Bratislava Self-Governing Region (BSK) and outside the BSK. The activity will be implemented through an external contractor and on the basis of the current and effective Framework Agreement No 1045/2017 of 29 December 2017, which defines eight areas of expert advice. A measurable indicator for these activities is the number of evaluations, analyses and studies carried out. (English)
