LK řídí, spravuje a spolufinancuje ZS LK. IP LK se zaměřuje na rozvoj procesů v oblasti plánování sociálních služeb na úrovni LK v návaznosti na legislativní změny související s financováním sociálních služeb a s povinností krajů sestavovat Základní síť sociálních služeb. Projekt má dvě hlavní osy: 1) SPRSS LK na období 2018-2020 (dle nových pravidel - bod l) výzvy 03_15_007), 2) Rozvoj IT aplikace LK (bod f) výzvy 03_15_007), které se dělí na 6 dílčích aktivit.
