Spoločnosť RAIS Slovakia, s.r.o. pôsobí v Prešove od roku 2009. Je to strojárska firma zameraná na strojársku výrobu a poskytovanie služieb so strojárskou výrobou súvisiacich. Produkčnú činnosť žiadateľa možno v rámci odvetvia hospodárstva v ktorej pôsobí a v rámci ktorej je predkladaný aj tento projekt, vyjadriť prostredníctvom kódu SK NACE: 25610 - Opracovanie a povrchová úprava kovov. Hlavným zameraním žiadateľa je strojárenská výroba, kovoobrábanie zameraná na malosériovú, prototypovú výrobu, výrobu kovových konštrukcií a ich častí, trieskové obrábanie a zámočnícke práce, výrobu nástrojov, výrobu jednoúčelových strojov s jednoduchým ovládaním, alebo riadených pomocou počítača, s možnosťou využitia rôznych elektrotechnických a pneumatických komponentov, ako aj výrobu prípravkov, s možnosťou výroby kolíkov na mieru a foriem pre vstrekolisy. Väčšinu technologických zariadení využívaných vo výrobnom procese tvoria stroje a technológie, ktoré boli postupne odkupované od obchodných spoločností (partnerov) od jej vzniku, alebo boli kupované ako repasované a v konkurenčnom prostredí sú značne zastarané. Uvedené skutočnosti znižujú konkurencieschopnosť spoločnosti na trhu. Predmetom projektu je inovácia kľučových výrobných procdesov implementáciou najmodernejších technologických zariadení. (Slovak)

Rais Slovakia, s.r.o. has been operating in Prešov since 2009. It is a mechanical engineering company focused on engineering production and provision of services related to engineering production. The applicant’s production activity can be expressed in the economic sector in which it operates and in which this project is also submitted, using NACE SK code: 25610 – Metalworking and surface treatment. The main focus of the applicant is engineering production, metalworking focused on small-scale, prototype production, production of metal structures and their parts, chip machining and locksmith work, tool making, production of single-purpose machines with simple control or controlled by computer, with the possibility of using various electrical and pneumatic components, as well as the production of preparations, with the possibility of custom-made pins and molds for injection molds. Most of the technological equipment used in the production process consists of machines and technologies that have been gradually purchased from business companies (partners) since its inception, or have been purchased as remanufactured and are significantly outdated in a competitive environment. This reduces the company’s competitiveness on the market. The subject of the project is the innovation of key manufacturing processes by implementing state-of-the-art technological equipment.
