The main objective of this project is to develop more efficient district heating systems based on useful heat demand in Želiezovce. The project has 1 specific objective: Modernisation of the heating system of buildings in Želiezovce.It will be implemented through 1 main activity: Reconstruction of distribution systems TH Želiezovce, centralisation of heat to boiler room Mierová 51, connection of new heat customers. The subject of the building is the construction of heat distribution systems, which will be mainly located in existing underground concrete channels. New pipelines will replace existing ones. In parallel with the pipelines, a communication cable for the transmission of operational data from/to OST and an electrical cable that will be powered by the OST will be laid into the excavation. The construction solution is based on the conditions of the territory, the proposed technology and the existing state of the buildings. The proposal takes into account the newly implemented utilities and paved areas. Modernisation of the heating supply system of Želiezovce will be achieved by the following krokmi:odstránením existing gas boiler rooms on Mierova Street 68 and Fučíkova 37, which are technically experienced and connecting customers to the central heat source – boiler room Mierová 51 by replacing the existing four-tube outdoor heat distribution systems for two-tubes from pre-insulated pipes. Replacement will reduce heat losses by installing object heat transfer stations to supplied objects, allowing further heat saving due to individual heat collection settings of each supplied object. Thanks to the project dosiahne:zníženie operating costs for heat supply, reducing the risk of faults on pipelines, increasing the reliability of heat supply. The project will contribute to the fulfillment of measurable indicators: Estimated annual greenhouse gas emission reductions – 37.17 t eqiv. Hlavným cieľom predkladaného projektu je rozvoj účinnejších systémov centralizovaného zásobovania teplom založených na dopyte po využiteľnom teple v meste Želiezovce.Projekt má 1 špecifický cieľ: Modernizácia systému zásobovania teplom objektov v meste Želiezovce.Bude sa realizovať prostredníctvom 1 hlavnej aktivity: Rekonštrukcia rozvodov TH Želiezovce, centralizácia tepla na kotolňu Mierová 51, napojenie nových odberateľov tepla. Predmetom stavby je výstavba rozvodov tepla, ktoré budú prevažne umiestnené v existujúcich podzemných betónových kanáloch. Nové potrubia nahradia existujúce. Súbežne s potrubiami bude do výkopu položený komunikačný kábel na prenos prevádzkových údajov z/do OST a elektrický kábel, ktorým budú napájané OST. Stavebné riešenie vychádza z podmienok územia, navrhovanej technológie a z existujúceho stavu objektov. Návrh zohľadňuje už novo zrealizované inžinierske siete a spevnené plochy. Modernizácia systému zásobovania teplom objektov mesta Želiezovce sa dosiahne nasledovnými krokmi:odstránením existujúcich plynových kotolní na Mierovej ulici 68 a Fučíkova 37, ktoré sú technicky dožité a pripojením odberateľov na centrálny tepelný zdroj – Kotolňa Mierová 51výmenou existujúcich štvorrúrových vonkajších rozvodov tepla za dvojrúrové z predizolovaných potrubí. Výmena prinesie zníženie tepelných strát.osadením objektových odovzdávacích staníc tepla do zásobovaných objektov, čím bude umožnená ďalšia úspora tepla v dôsledku individuálneho nastavenia odberu tepla každého zásobovaného objektu.Vďaka projektu sa dosiahne:zníženie prevádzkových nákladov na dodávku tepla,zníženie rizika porúch na potrubiach,zvýšenie spoľahlivosti dodávok tepla.Projekt prispeje svojim zameraním k naplneniu merateľných ukazovateľov: Odhadované ročné zníženie emisií skleníkových plynov – 37,17 t ekviv. CO2/rok; Úspora PEZ systémoch centralizovaného zásobovania teplom – 943,73 MWh/rok; Počet systémov centralizovaného zásobovania teplom s vyššou účinnosťou – 1. (Slovak)
