The project entitled “Reducing the energy intensity of the Hurbanova MŠ building in Čadca” aims to reduce energy consumption during the operation of the Hurbanova Maternity School in Čadca. The applicant is the City of Čadca, as the owner of the building and at the same time the founder of the Maternity School, Hurbanova 1155 in Čadca, which has been granted legal personality since 1.2.2003. The aim of the project is to reduce the energy intensity of the Hurbanova Maternity School in Čadca. The target group is children attending this preschool facility (158 children) and employees working in the building (26 people). The project will be implemented through one main activity Reducing the energy intensity of the Hurbanova Maternity School in Čadca and supporting project activities, which will be aimed at managing the project and ensuring public information. The place of implementation of the project is the city of Čadca, Hurbanova Street, No. 1155. As a result of the implementation of the project, one public building will be renovated beyond the minimum requirements with a total floor area of 1297,67 m². The implementation of the project will reduce energy needs in the MŠ building by 172785 kWh/year, which means that the value for money for the reduction of the energy intensity of the building is 1,406366293. Energy needs for heating will be reduced from 149.21 kWh/(m².a) to 26.02 kWh/(m².a), i.e. the planned energy saving for heating will be 82.6 %. After the completion of the project, the Hurbanova Maternity School building will be ultra-low-energy, the global primary energy indicator will be reduced from 293.2 kWh/(m².a) (E) to 61.4 kWh/(m².a) (A1), so the savings achieved amount to 79.1 %. As a result of the implementation of the project, there will also be an increase in the share of RES use, as the project also concerns the installation of photovoltaic panels and solar collectors for electricity generation and TV heating. Projekt s názvom Zníženie energetickej náročnosti budovy MŠ Hurbanova v Čadci je zameraný na zníženie spotreby energie pri prevádzke budovy Materskej školy Hurbanova v Čadci. Žiadateľom je Mesto Čadca, ako majiteľ budovy a zároveň zriaďovateľ Materskej školy, Hurbanova 1155 v Čadci, ktorej udelil od 1.2.2003 právnu subjektivitu.Cieľom projektu je zníženie energetickej náročnosti budovy Materskej školy Hurbanova v Čadci. Cieľovou skupinou sú deti navštevujúce toto predškolské zariadenie (158 detí) a zamestnanci, ktorí v budove pracujú (26 osôb).Projekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity Zníženie energetickej náročnosti budovy Materskej školy Hurbanova v Čadci a podporných aktivít projektu, ktoré budú zamerané na riadenie projektu a zabezpečenie informovania verejnosti. Miestom realizácie projektu je mesto Čadca, ulica Hurbanova, č. 1155. V dôsledku realizácie projektu dôjde k obnove jednej verejnej budovy nad rámec minimálnych požiadaviek s celkovou podlahovou plochou 1297,67 m2. Realizáciou projektu dôjde k zníženiu potreby energie v budove MŠ o 172 785 kWh/rok, čo pri celkových oprávnených výdavkoch na hlavné aktivity projektu 242 999,00 EUR bez DPH znamená že hodnota value for money pre zníženie energetickej náročnosti budovy predstavuje 1,406366293. Potreba energie na vykurovanie sa zníži zo 149,21kWh/(m2.a) na 26,02 kWh/(m2.a), teda plánovaná úspora energie na vykurovanie bude 82,6 %. Po ukončení realizácie projektu bude budova Materskej školy Hurbanova ultranízkoenergetická, globálny ukazovateľ primárnej energie sa zníži z 293,2 kWh/(m2.a) (E) na 61,4 kWh/(m2.a) (A1), dosiahnutá úspora teda predstavuje 79,1%. V dôsledku realizácie projektu dôjde tiež k zvýšeniu podielu využívania OZE, nakoľko predmetom projektu je tiež inštalácia fotovoltaických panelov a solárnych kolektorov na výrobu elektrickej energie a ohrev TV.
