The project promoter, P M R, s.r.o., is a stable and modern company in the field of custom partitioning and processing of metallurgical material. It has been on the market since 1999 and currently handles around 8 000 tonnes of metallurgical material per year. The metallurgical material is divided by burning (laser, plasma, gas mixture), sawing, shearing and further processing by bending and metalworking. Customers are manufacturing companies, mainly in the field of engineering and automotive industry, engaged in the production of machinery, machine parts, steel structures, technological equipment of the units forming the final product, or part thereof. The subject of the project is linked to the field of economic specialisation Automotive and mechanical engineering, partly in the field of specialisation Automation, robotics and digital technologies and processing and recovery of light metals and their alloys of their alloys. The project is focused on the innovation of 3 production processes: 1. material division by purchasing shot blasting equipment and solid-state laser burning machine, 2. precision metalworking by purchasing portal machining center and 3. bonding material by contactless laser welding by purchasing laser welding. The result of the project will be the removal of bottlenecks in production and limiting elements in the further development of the company, removal of necessary cooperation in several processes, reduction of energy intensity of production, increased automation, accuracy, quality, complexity of offered services. The project is of great importance for the applicant, will contribute to increasing efficiency, flexibility and production capacity, creating products with higher added value, meeting more demanding customer needs and thus extending the scope of PMR, s.r.o. in the market and penetration into new markets and significantly increasing the company’s competitiveness. Predkladateľ projektu, spoločnosť P M R, s.r.o. (Prvá martinská rezáreň) je stabilnou a modernou firmou v oblasti zákazkového delenia a opracovávania hutného materiálu. Na trhu pôsobí od roku 1999 a v súčasnosti spracováva okolo 8 000 ton hutného materiálu ročne. Hutný materiál delí pálením (laserom, plazmou, zmesou plynov), pílením, strihaním a ďalej ho môže opracovať ohraňovaním a kovoobrábaním. Odberateľmi sú výrobné spoločnosti, najmä z oblasti strojárstva a automobilového priemyslu, zaoberajúce sa výrobou strojov, častí strojov, oceľových konštrukcií, technologických zariadení celkov tvoriacich finálny výrobok, alebo jeho časť. Predmet projektu má väzbu na oblasť hospodárskej špecializácie Automobilový priemysel a strojárstvo, čiastočne aj na oblasť špecializácie Automatizácia, robotika a digitálne technológie a spracovania a zhodnotenie ľahkých kovov a ich zliatin ich zliatin.Projekt je zameraný na inováciu 3 výrobných procesov: 1. delenia materiálu zakúpením otryskávacieho zariadenia a pevnolátkového laserového páliaceho stroja, 2. presného kovobrábania zakúpením portálového obrábacieho centra a 3. spájania materiálu bezkontaktným laserovým zváraním zakúpením laserového zváracieho pracoviska. Výsledkom projektu bude odstránenie úzkych miest vo výrobe a limitujúcich prvkov v ďalšom rozvoji spoločnosti, odstránenie nutnej kooperácie vo viacerých procesoch, zníženie energetickej náročnosti výroby, zvýšenie automatizácie, presnosti, kvality, komplexnosti ponúkaných služieb. Projekt má pre žiadateľa veľký význam, prispeje k zvýšeniu efektivity, flexibility a kapacity výroby, tvorbe produktov s vyššou pridanou hodnotou, uspokojeniu náročnejších potrieb zákazníkov a tým rozšíreniu pôsobnosti spoločnosti PMR, s.r.o. na trhu a prieniku na nové trhy a významnému zvýšeniu konkurencieschopnosti firmy.
