The aim of the project is to build technology for the production of innovative products so that the applicant can manage and implement all production stages of the production process with significantly increased efficiency, improved quality, introduction of new products using innovative modern technologies. The technologies that are the subject of the project are highly energy efficient with minimal environmental impact. It is an electro-erosive cutter and CNC vertical machining center. Electrodischarge machining is a method of machining electrically conductive materials by means of an electrical discharge between the machined material and the working electrode. CNC vertical machining center for milling, tapping and drilling provides high production quality and precision with great hourly production values. The place of implementation of the project is the applicant’s production premises in Nitra. New technological equipment will be designed for the modernisation of the production process, mainly focused on products for the automotive and mechanical engineering industries. The applicant plans to significantly expand the small-scale and piece-by-piece production of components and components in a custom-made manner. It is the production of pressing tools, spare parts for pressing tools, mold making and various preparations for the automotive industry. (English)

    Cieľom projektu je vybudovať technológiu na výrobu inovovaných produktov tak, aby žiadateľ dokázal riadiť a realizovať všetky výrobné fázy výrobného procesu pri výrazne zvýšenej efektivite, zvýšení kvality, zavedení nových výrobkov za použitia inovatívnych moderných  technológií. Technológie, ktoré sú predmetom projektu, sú energeticky vysoko efektívne s minimálnym vplyvom na životné prostredie. Jedná sa o elektro-erozívnu rezačku a CNC vertikálne obrábacie centrum. Elektroerozívne obrábanie je spôsob obrábania elektricky vodivých materiálov pomocou elektrickým výbojom medzi obrábaným materiálom a pracovnou elektródou. CNC vertikálne obrábacie centrum na frézovanie, závitovanie a vŕtanie poskytuje vysokú kvalitu a presnosť výroby so skvelými hodinovými hodnotami produkcie. Miestom realizácie projektu sú výrobné priestory žiadateľa v Nitre. Nové technologické zariadenia budú určené pre modernizáciu výrobného procesu, zameraného hlavne na produkty pre automobilový a strojársky priemysel. Žiadateľ plánuje výrazne rozšíriť malosériovú a kusovú výrobu súčiastok a komponentov zákazkovým spôsobom. Jedná sa o výrobu lisovacích nástrojov, náhradných dielov do lisovacích nástrojov, zhotovovanie foriem a rôznych prípravkov pre automobilový priemysel. (Slovak)
