Proekt řeší realizaci nového dvoukomorového vodojemu s kapacitou 150m3 (2x75m3) pro zabezpečení kapacity, řešící denní nerovnoměrnosti ve spotřebě pitné vody v lokalitě Knapovec (místní část Ústí nad Orlicí). Tím bude možno odstranit stávající a opakující se omezení spotřeby v době sucha a zásobovat připojené obyvatele místní části dostatečným množstvím pitné vody, a dále počet připojených obyvatel zvýšit (napojení dalších obyvatel je řešeno městem - samostatným projektem). This will eliminate existing and recurrent restrictions on consumption at a time of drought and supply the connected people of the local part of a sufficient number of drinking water to the connected population, and increase the number of people connected to it (the connection of the other inhabitants is addressed by the city as a separate project).
