Property / summary: Celkový cieľ projektu je v súlade s Doménou inteligentnej špecializácie Zdravé potraviny a životné prostredie a spadá do znalostnej oblasti potravinárska technológia. Plánované aktivity VC ABT reflektujú súčasné celospoločenské potreby a sú v súlade so Stratégiou výskumu a inovácií pre inteligentnú špecializáciu Slovenska (RIS3 SK). Realizácia nezávislého výskumu a vývoja v rámci projektu bude mať vysoký potenciál uplatniteľnosti výsledkov v praxi. Výskumné a vývojové činnosti sú vo väzbe na SK NACE: A01 Poľnohospodárstvo. Priamymi výstupmi a výsledkami vybratých produktových línií k napĺňaniu Hlavného SK NACE je:Počet podporených výskumných inštitúcií, ktorých je 1 a to SPU v Nitre.Počet publikácií vytvorených v rámci projektu, ktorých bude 8.Počet existujúcich výskumných pracovníkov pracujúcich na VaV aktivitách projektu, ktorých bude 9,03.Počet podporených účastí zahraničných výskumníkov v projektových aktivitách slovenskej inštitúcie VaV, ktorých bude 2. Všetky tieto výstupy a výsledky smerujú k naplneniu Hlavného SK NACE a to svojim zameraním na zdravé potraviny, potravinárske technológie, potravinovú bezpečnosť a trvalo udržateľný rozvoj SR. Aktivity žiadateľa sú zamerané na nasledovné produktové línie:1) Progresívne kontrolné metódy a efektívne systémy riadenia pre elimináciu rizika kontaminácie 2) Postupy a technológie zvyšujúce kvalitu a výživovú hodnotu potravín3) Technológie pre potraviny na osobitné výživové účely pre spotrebiteľov s potravinovými alergiami a intoleranciou na niektoré zložky4) Progresívne výrobné technológie, inovatívne výrobné postupy, nové receptúry a procesy, napríklad minimalizujúce degradáciu cenných zložiek potravín (Slovak) / rank | |||||||||||||||

Property / summary: The overall objective of the project is in line with the Healthy Food and Environment Smart Specialisation Domain and falls within the knowledge-based field of food technology. The planned activities of VC ABT reflect current societal needs and are in line with the Research and Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialisation of Slovakia (RIS3 SK). The implementation of independent R & D within the project will have a high potential for the applicability of results on the ground. R & D activities are linked to NACE SK: A01 Agriculture. Direct outputs and results of selected product lines to fulfill the Main SK NACE je:Počet of supported research institutions, 1 namely SPU in Nitra.Number of publications created within the project, which will be 8.Number of existing researchers working on R & D activities of the project, which will be 9.03.Number of supported participations of foreign researchers in project activities of the Slovak R & D institution, which will be 2. All these outputs and results are directed towards the fulfilment of the NACE Headquarters with their focus on healthy food, food technology, food security and sustainable development of the Slovak Republic. The applicant’s activities focus on the following product lines:1) Progressive control methods and effective management systems to eliminate contamination risk 2) Procedures and technologies enhancing the quality and nutritional value of foods3) Technologies for food for particular nutritional uses for consumers with food allergies and intolerance to certain ingredients4) Progressive manufacturing technologies, innovative production processes, new recipes and processes, such as minimising the degradation of valuable food ingredients (English) / rank | |||||||||||||||
