| Property / summary: Hlavným cieľom projektu je úspora energií a emisií vo všetkých miestach spotreby objektu. Navrhovaná je z toho titulu realizácia stavebných opatrení a modernizácie technického vybavenia budovy v rozsahu Hĺbkovej obnovy (321/2014, §9). Ide o zníženie energetickej náročnosti budovy, zabezpečenie energetickej hospodárnosti objektu na úroveň energetickej triedy A1 v zmysle požiadaviek zákona č. 555/2005 Z. z. o energetickej hospodárnosti budov v znení neskorších predpisov (najmä zákona č. 277/2015 Z. z.) a vyhlášky MDVRR SR č. 364/2012 Z. z. a 324/2016 Z. z., požiadaviek na vnútorné prostredie budov v zmysle zákona č.259/2008 a požiadaviek OP KŽP. Predmetom riešenia je aj úprava vstupu pre zabezpečenie bezbariérového prístupu verejnosti do objektu.Stavebné práce sú zamerané na zateplenie obvodových stien, striech a vybudovanie bezbariérového prístupu. Rešpektované sú jestvujúce zrekonštruované výplne otvorov. Riešená je modernizácia technológií budovy so zahrnutím využívania obnoviteľných zdrojov energie. V nadväznosti na tieto opatrenia sú navrhované nevyhnutné stavebné úpravy, prestupy, podhľady, kapotáže a vysprávky povrchov. (Slovak) / rank | |||||||||||||||

| Property / summary: The main objective of the project is to save energy and emissions at all places of the building’s consumption. It is therefore proposed to implement construction measures and modernisation of the building’s technical equipment in the scope of Deep Renovation (321/2014, §9). The aim is to reduce the energy intensity of the building, to ensure the energy performance of the building to the level of energy class A1 as required by Act No 555/2005 on the energy performance of buildings, as amended (in particular Act No 277/2015) and to Decree No 364/2012 of the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic and No 324/2016, requirements for the internal environment of buildings within the meaning of Act No 259/2008 and the requirements of the OP KŽP. The subject of the solution is also modification of the entrance to ensure barrier-free public access to the building. Construction works are aimed at insulation of perimeter walls, roofs and construction of barrier-free access. Existing refurbished fillings of holes are respected. Modernisation of building technologies, including the use of renewable energy sources, is being addressed. Following these measures, the necessary modifications, transfers, suspended ceilings, hoodings and surface management are proposed. (English) / rank | |||||||||||||||
