The applicant is the company HK Nitra, s.r.o., active in the field of sports activities with a focus on hockey and the operation of sports facilities. The applicant’s intended intention, following the call launched, is to increase employment, employability and reduce unemployment, with a particular focus on the long-term unemployed (in line with Specific Objective 3.1.1 of the OP HR), with a positive impact of the subsidy on the applicant’s financial indicators both during and after the implementation of the project activities. The main objective of the submitted project, which is based on the applicant’s planned intention, is therefore to: by providing job opportunities for unemployed persons registered with the Labour Office, increasing their employability and employability in the labour market and contributing to reducing unemployment with a long-term effect. The secondary effect will be to improve the socio-economic situation, and to improve people’s quality of life. The main activity of the project is Supporting the application of UoZ and Zuoz in the labour market, divided into two consecutive phases of the project, while the implementation of the second part will follow the results of this prvej:Vyhľadávanie and the selection of persons with the target group (UoZ and Zuoz).Employment of persons from the target group using mentoring activities. Target group: jobseekers under Section 6 of the Employment Services Act as well as disadvantaged jobseekers under Section 8 of the Employment Services Act. The output of the implementation of the main activity of the project will be the support of 11 jobs, which will be filled by jobseekers and disadvantaged jobseekers who have successfully completed the first phase of the main activity of the project Increasing the prerequisites for UoZ/Zuoz application in the labour market, will be implemented through mentoring of newly recruited employees. The project will be implemented in Nitra Region and its objective will be practically implemented through one main activity – Supporting the application of UoZ and Zuoz on the labour market within 19 months, during which measurable indicators will be achieved, helping to achieve quantitative results defined in the OP HR: P0097 Unemployed, including long-term unemployed – 11P0037 Long-term unemployed – 0P0109 Persons over the age of 50-0P0638 Participants in employment, including self-employed, at the time of departure – 11 Finally, the implementation of the project will facilitate the access of UoZ/Zuoz to employment, including long-term unemployed (linked to Investment Priority 3.1 of the Operational Programme Human Resources (hereinafter referred to as OP HR) under Priority Axis OP HR No 3 – Employment) entry of UoZ/Zuoz into the labour market. Žiadateľom je spoločnosť HK Nitra, s.r.o., pôsobiaca v oblasti výkonu športovej činnosti so zameraním na hokej a prevádzkovania športových zariadení. Plánovaným zámerom žiadateľa v nadväznosti na vyhlásenú výzvu je, zvýšiť zamestnanosť, zamestnateľnosť a znížiť nezamestnanosť s osobitným dôrazom na dlhodobo nezamestnaných (v súlade so Špecifickým cieľom 3.1.1 OP ĽZ), pričom je možné predpokladať aj pozitívny vplyv poskytnutej dotácie na finančné ukazovatele žiadateľa počas, aj po realizácii aktivít projektu. Hlavným cieľom predloženého projektu, ktorý vychádza z plánovaného zámeru žiadateľa teda je: prostredníctvom poskytnutia pracovných príležitostí nezamestnaným osobám evidovaným na Úrade práce, zvýšiť ich zamestnateľnosť a uplatniteľnosť na trhu práce a prispieť k zníženiu nezamestnanosti s dlhodobým efektom. Sekundárnym efektom bude zlepšenie sociálno-ekonomickej situácie, a zvýšenie kvality života osôb. Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je Podpora uplatnenia UoZ a ZUoZ na trhu práce, rozdelená na dve, vzájomne nadväzujúce fázy projektu, pričom realizácia druhej časti bude nadväzovať na výsledky tej prvej:Vyhľadávanie a výber osôb s cieľovej skupiny (UoZ a ZUoZ).Zamestnávanie osôb z cieľovej skupiny s využitím mentorskej činnosti. Cieľová skupina: uchádzači o zamestnanie podľa § 6 zákona o službách zamestnanosti, ako aj znevýhodnení uchádzači o zamestnanie podľa § 8 zákona o službách zamestnanosti. Výstupom realizácie hlavnej aktivity projektu bude podpora 11 pracovných miest, ktoré budú obsadené uchádzačmi o zamestnanie a znevýhodnenými uchádzačmi o zamestnanie, ktorí úspešne absolvujú prvú fázu hlavnej aktivity projektu Zvýšenie predpokladov uplatnenia sa UoZ / ZUoZ na trhu práce, bude realizovaná formou mentorskej činnosti novoprijatých zamestnancov. Projekt bude realizovaný v Nitrianskom kraji a jeho cieľ bude prakticky realizovaný prostredníctvom jednej hlavnej aktivity - Podpora uplatnenia UoZ a ZUoZ na trhu práce v priebehu 19 mesiacov, počas ktorých budú dosiahnuté merateľné ukazovatele, prospievajúce k dosahovaniu kvantitatívnych výsledkov, zadefinovaných v OP ĽZ: P0097 Nezamestnané osoby vrátane dlhodobo nezamestnaných - 11P0037 Dlhodobo nezamestnané osoby - 0P0109 Osoby vo veku nad 50 rokov – 0P0638 Účastníci, ktorí sú v čase odchodu zamestnaní, a to aj samostatne zárobkovo činní - 11 V konečnom dôsledku, realizáciou projektu dôjde k uľahčeniu prístupu UoZ/ZUoZ k zamestnaniu, vrátane dlhodobo nezamestnaných osôb (súvis s Investičnou prioritou 3.1 Operačného programu ľudské zdroje (ďalej aj OP ĽZ) v rámci prioritnej osi OP ĽZ č. 3 - Zamestnanosť) vstup UoZ / ZUoZ na trh práce.
