The aim of the proposed project is to increase employment in Lipstar s.r.o. and at the same time to reduce unemployment among jobseekers and disadvantaged jobseekers and improve their position on the labour market, including through the provision of mentoring activities. Through the creation of 7 new jobs for jobseekers and of which 2 jobs for disadvantaged jobseekers and the provision of mentoring activities, the aim of the project will be fulfilled. Implementation of the project will increase the quality of care provided in the facility as well as will allow the introduction of new teaching methods – the Montessori method, the Play Wisely method.The eligible type of activity is “Promoting employment and employability of UoZ aimed at improving their position on the labour market” and the main mandatory activity of the project is “Supporting the application of UoZ Zuoz on the labour market”.The main activity of the project will be implemented through two successive parts:1. Search and selection of UoZ and ZUoZ2. Employment of UoZ and Zuoz with the possibility of using mentoring and tutoring activities. Lipstar s.r.o. is the operator of a private care facility for children under the age of three, based in Žilina, Bôrická cesta 1968/103 called “Adamkovo”. The project implementation will fulfil the following measurable project indicators: P0097 Unemployed, including long-term unemployed – 7P0037 Long-term unemployed – 2P0638 Participants in employment, including self-employed, at the time of departure – 7 The project implementation schedule foresees the start of the project activities in the month of 02/2019 and the completion of project implementation 01/2021. The schedule takes into account all the activities of the project – Search and selection of UoZ and Zuoz, their employment and the use of mentoring activities. Cieľom predloženého projektu je zvýšenie zamestnanosti v spoločnosti Lipstar s.r.o. a zároveň zníženie nezamestnanosti uchádzačov o zamestnanie a znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie a zlepšenie ich postavenia na trhu práce aj prostredníctvom poskytnutia mentorskej činnosti.Prostredníctvom vytvorenia 7 nových pracovných miest pre uchádzačov o zamestnanie a z toho 2 pracovných miest pre znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie a poskytovaním mentorskej činnosti bude naplnený cieľ projektu. Realizácia projektu zvýši skvalitnenie poskytovanej starostlivosti v zariadení ako aj umožní zavedenie nových vyučovacích metód – metóda Montessori, metóda Play Wisely.Oprávneným typom aktivity je "Podpora zamestnanosti a zamestnateľnosti UoZ zameraná na zlepšenie ich postavenia na trhu práce" a hlavnou povinnou aktivitou projektu je "Podpora uplatnenia UoZ ZUoZ na trhu práce".Hlavná aktivita projektu bude realizovaná prostredníctvom dvoch na seba nadväzujúcich častí:1. vyhľadávanie a výber UoZ a ZUoZ2. Zamestnávanie UoZ a ZUoZ s možnosťou využitia mentorskej a tútorskej činnosti. Firma Lipstar s.r.o. je prevádzkovateľom súkromného zariadenia starostlivosti o deti do troch rokov veku dieťaťa so sídlom v Žiline, Bôrická cesta 1968/103 s názvom „Adamkovo“. Realizáciou projektu budú naplnené nasledovné merateľné ukazovateľa projektu: P0097 Nezamestnané osoby vrátane dlhodobo nezamestnaných - 7P0037 Dlhodobo nezamestnané osoby - 2P0638 Účastníci, ktorí sú v čase odchodu zamestnaní, a to aj samostatne zárobkovo činní - 7 Harmonogram realizácie projektu predpokladá so začiatkom realizácie aktivít projektu v mesiaci 02/2019 a s ukončením realizácie projektu 01/2021. V harmonograme sú zohľadnené všetky činnosti projektu - vyhľadávnie a výber UoZ a ZUoZ, ich zamestnávanie a využitie mentorskej činnosti. Pracovné miesta budú obsadzované priebežne. (Slovak)
