Predmetom projektu je regenerácia plochy vnútrobloku resp. troch častí vnútrobloku medzi štyrmi bytovými domami na ul. M. Čulena v Prešove. Regeneráciou sa zhodnotí kvalita celého priestoru a vytvorí sa nový režim fungovania vnútrobloku. Hlavný cieľ projektu: Zlepšenie sídelného prostredia a vytvorenie predpokadov k udržateľnému mestskému rozvoju revitalizáciou vnútrobloku na ul. M. Čulena v Prešove. Špecifický cieľ projektu:1. Zlepšenie kvality života obyvateľov vnútrobloku.2. Zabezpečenie kvantitatívneho a kvalitatívneho rozvoja územia vnútrobloku.Hlavná aktivita projektu: Revitalizácia vnútroblokového priestoru na ul.
