The funds allocated from the OPII to financial instruments have the task of contributing to the implementation of long-term investment projects within the national investment priorities of the Slovak Republic and thus supporting economic growth through investments without additional burden on the state budget. The main task of diagnostic vehicles is to measure and diagnose geometric parameters of tracks, traction lines, ETCS and GSM-R equipment and to carry out continuous defectoscopic inspection of rails in accordance with European standards, legislation and standards of the Slovak Republic. These controls have a major impact on ensuring the safety of railway operations and operational lines, which is necessary for continuous accessibility to the Trans-European Transport Network and to the transport network of neighbouring States. The diagnostic vehicles referred to above have a major impact on the effective channelling of financial flows to the operational capacity of the lines. Hlavnou úlohou diagnostických vozidiel je meranie a diagnostikovanie geometrických parametrov koľaje, trakčného vedenia, zariadení ETCS a GSM-R a vykonávanie kontinuálnej defektoskopickej kontroly koľajníc v zmysle európskych noriem, legislatívy a noriem Slovenskej republiky.
