On the basis of an analysis of energy costs, the aim of the project is to reduce energy consumption during the operation of the administrative building NPPC – object Lužianky. Part of the project is the implementation of the following effective measures and recommendations with the aim of rationalising energy consumption, which lead to maximising energy savings and reducing the energy intensity of objektu:Zateplenie perimeter walls and insulation of the roof envelopeReplacement of open structuresInstallation of thermoregulating valves on heating elements and hydraulic balancing of the heating system of the buildingReplacement of light sources and luminairesInstallation of the thermal heating system TÚVRealisation of proposed modifications according to the energy audit and project documentation, in addition to energy savings, will significantly contribute to the improvement of thermal well-being and overall microclimate in the interior. Cieľom projektu je na základe analýzy nákladov na energie zníženie spotreby energie pri prevádzke administratívnej budovy NPPC - objekt Lužianky. Súčasťou projektu je realizácia nasledujúcich efektívnych opatrení a odporúčaní s cieľom racionalizácie spotreby energie, ktoré vedú k maximalizácii úspor energie a zníženiu energetickej náročnosti objektu:Zateplenie obvodových stien a zateplenie strešného plášťaVýmena otvorových konštrukciíInštalácia termoregulačných ventilov na vykurovacích telesách a hydraulické vyváženie vykurovacej sústavy objektuVýmena svetelných zdrojov a svietidielInštalácia termoohrevu TÚVRealizáciou navrhovaných úprav podľa energetického auditu a projektovej dokumentácie sa popri energetických úsporách podstatne prispeje k zlepšeniu tepelnej pohody a celkovej mikroklímy v interiéri.
