Within the block there are double and triple rooms with a total capacity of 420 beds.Budova UZ Blok A,B is situated on par. No. 5118/2, p. 1763. The comprehensive insulation project addresses shortcomings in the field of thermal, energy and hygiene. Specific measures will cover the insulation of the roof and outer casing, the replacement of opening structures, the modernisation of wiring, lighting and hot water. In addition to energy savings, the implementation of the proposed modifications will significantly contribute to improving thermal comfort and overall microclimate indoors and achieve a more appropriate architectural expression. The main objective of the project is to reduce the energy intensity of the internal SO 01 Block A,B of the University of Žilina. The implemented change will reduce the overall energy intensity of the building, shifting the building from energy class E to class A1, achieving a reduction in energy demand of 828806.9 kWh/year, resulting in a reduction of 328.77 tonnes per year for greenhouse gas emissions. After the realisation of the project, the building will be classified as ultra-low-energy. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projekt komplexného zateplenia rieši nedostatky v oblasti tepelno-technickej, energetickej a hygienickej. Konkrétne opatrenia sa budú týkať zateplenia strešného a obvodového plášťa, výmeny otvorových konštrukcií, modernizácie elektroinštalácie, osvetlenia a prípravy teplej vody. Realizáciou navrhovaných úprav sa popri energetických úsporách podstatne prispeje k zlepšeniu tepelnej pohody a celkovej mikroklímy v interiéri a dosiahne sa vhodnejší architektonický výraz. Hlavným cieľom projektu je zníženie energetickej náročnosti Internátu SO 01 Blok A,B Žilinskej univerzity v Žiline. (Slovak)
