Cieľom projektu je posilnenie analytických kapacít a zvyšovanie kvality ľudských zdrojov v štátnej správe pre tvorbu verejných politík prostredníctvom získavania odborných poznatkov a skúseností na medzinárodnej úrovni. Tento cieľ projektu je realizovaný zabezpečením špičkového vzdelávania a stáží pre analytických zamestnancov. V rámci vzdelávania je umožnená účasť zamestnancov na kurzoch organizovaných inštitúciami v zahraničí. Stáže budú organizované v popredných medzinárodných a medzivládnych inštitúciách alebo v inštitúciách verejnej správy krajiny dosahujúcej excelentné výsledky. (Slovak)
