The aim of the project “SČK Humenné care service” is to help seniors dependent on care services without the need to exclude them from their natural home environment. After this type of service, there is a high demand from both public administration, self-government, but mainly from citizens – those who are final consumers of this service as well as those who order this service for them. The project will increase the accessibility of care services to citizens with severe disabilities, unfavorable health and older people, while encouraging them to remain in the natural environment in the family and the community and reducing demand for institutional care, in line with Investment Priority 4.2 Improving access to affordable, sustainable and quality services, including health care and social services of general interest, and specific objective 4.2.1 Transition from institutional to community-based care. The project will be supported by a total of 20 employees in the framework of the Career State Aid Scheme (State aid scheme in the form of compensation for services of general economic interest). Number of supported capacities of new, innovative services or measures at community level, at home, in an open environment or in a substitute environment – 202. Cieľom projektu „Opatrovateľská služba SČK Humenné“ je pomoc seniorom odkázaným na opatrovateľskú službu bez nutnosti ich vylúčenia z ich prirodzeného domáceho rodinného prostredia.Po takomto type služieb existuje vysoký dopyt tak zo strany verejnej správy, samosprávy, ale hlavne od občanov – tých, ktorí sú konečnými spotrebiteľmi tejto služby ako aj tých, ktorí pre nich túto službu objednávajú. Projekt zvýši dostupnosť opatrovateľskej služby občanom s ťažkým zdravotným postihnutím, s nepriaznivým zdravotným stavom a pre seniorov a zároveň podporí ich zotrvanie v prirodzenom prostredí v rodine a komunite a zníži dopyt po inštitucionálnej starostlivosti, čo je v súlade s Investičnou prioritou 4.2 Zlepšenie prístupu k cenovo prístupným, trvalo udržateľným a kvalitným službám vrátane zdravotnej starostlivosti a sociálnych služieb všeobecného záujmu a špecifickým cieľom 4.2.1 Prechod z inštitucionálnej na komunitnú starostlivosť. Projektom budú podporení v rámci Schémy štátnej pomoci na podporu opatrovateľskej služby (schéma štátnej pomoci vo forme náhrady za služby všeobecného hospodárskeho záujmu) spolu 20 zamestnanci opatrovateľskej služby.Projektom budú naplnené merateľné ukazovatele:1. Počet podporovaných kapacít nových, inovatívnych služieb alebo opatrení na komunitnej úrovni, v domácom prostredí, otvorenom prostredí alebo náhradnom prostredí – 202. Počet projektov zameraných na verejné správy alebo sociálne služby na vnútroštátnej, regionálnej a miestnej úrovni – 1 (Slovak)
